Raw and Living Foods
Our Goal:
The Inner Circle Sanctuary Community provides a community-based structure for the education and support of a living foods vegetarian diet and lifestyle.
We advocate the use of a raw/living food vegetarian (vegan) diet for improved health for a variety of reasons.
- Living Foods tend to demand the least amount of energy from our body to use for digestion, thus allowing for the body's self-healing capacity to be most fully expressed.
- Living Foods contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, carbohydrates, protein, essential fats, fiber, structured water, antioxidants and phytonutrients, that nature has provided for us in a complete package for all of these elements to work together synergistically.
- When incorporating more Living Foods, and less cooked and processed foods, into their diets, most people report increased energy and vitality, and dramatically improved health and well being.
- While we advocate that your diet be derived from as much whole, fresh, unprocessed raw/living plant foods, and as little cooked and processed foods as possible; we do realize that diet is but one of many important factors of health, and each person needs to find the dietary balance that suits their individual needs most optimally.
